Users&Permissions Management

Administrator should define user-groups to limit the access to specific Source Databases (and their clones, snapshots, etc.)

Create a Group:

  1. Select the “Security“ screen.

  2. Press “ADD NEW GROUP“ button.

Define the name of the new group.

The check box “Admin“ means that all users from this group will have unlimited admin’s permissions.

 

Add new User:

  1. Select the group.

  2. Press “ADD NEW USER“ button

 

 

Delete a user:

Find the user and click the “Delete“ icon:

 

Add permissions to specific Group:

You can provide for some Group permissions to work with specific Source Databases (Golden Image).

Press “SELECT GOLDEN IMAGE“ button:

Chose the Source Database in the left list and “drag&drop” it to the right:

 

After saving all users from this group will able to login with their credentials:

 

Also they will be able to work with the Source Databases what was configured as available on the previous step.
