Advanced real-time analytics: Our updated service equips support teams with immediate and comprehensive insights into data operations within the Masking and Virtualization services. This enables quicker identification of user issues and trends, leading to faster and more accurate support responses.
Targeted data collection for enhanced support: The new data collection framework, while respecting user privacy and offering an opt-in model, provides support teams with valuable insights into user behavior.
