Release 37.0
Dec 3, 2024
Release Overview:
We are excited to announce the release of Accelario Anonymization Version 37, featuring powerful new capabilities and usability enhancements to streamline your data anonymization processes. This version introduces significant innovations, including AI integration, expanded functionality, and improved user experience.
Main Features
1. Parallel Masking for MSSQL
With the addition of Parallel Masking for MSSQL, Accelario significantly boosts masking performance on Microsoft SQL Server databases. This feature allows for concurrent processing, reducing job execution time and optimizing resource utilization.
2. Ease of Use - Precise Error Handling
To enhance user experience, we’ve introduced Precise Error Handling, making it easier to identify, understand, and resolve issues during the masking process. Users are now provided with precise details, including the specific row, column, and failed value, enabling faster identification and resolution of issues during the masking process.
3. "Seed" for Mask AnyValue
The Seed for Mask AnyValue feature introduces the option to define a seed value for randomization, which changes from instance to instance. This ensures secure and non-deterministic masking results, adding an extra layer of unpredictability while maintaining the integrity of anonymized data across datasets.
4. AI Integration for Masking Regex Creation
Accelario now integrates AI into Masking, enabling users to define custom masking rules effortlessly. With this feature, the system uses AI to generate regular expressions (regex) based on user input, simplifying the creation of complex masking patterns while maintaining precision.
Other Features
Reorganized Left-Side Menu:
A redesigned menu structure improves navigation, making it easier to locate and access features.Sensitive Data Search - Single Table Scan:
Users can now perform a sensitive data scan on a specific table, providing a focused and faster way to analyze smaller subsets of data.System Parameters in System Setup (Read-Only):
Advanced users can now view system parameters directly in the System Setup section, offering greater transparency into configuration details without risk of accidental changes.Masking Operation Progress - Speed Chart:
Added a Masking Speed Chart to the Masking Operation Progress page, enabling users to visualize processing speed and identify bottlenecks during masking operations.Dashboard Report for License Usage:
A new License Usage Dashboard Report provides insights into license utilization, helping organizations track and manage their anonymization resources effectively.Support for File Uploads via URL:
Files for masking can now be uploaded using a URL, simplifying integration with remote systems and external storage.AI Indication in Sensitive Data Search Results:
Sensitive Data Search results now clearly indicate when AI has been utilized to enhance identification, providing users with greater confidence in their findings.New Masking Rule for Israeli Passport Numbers (Darkon):
A dedicated rule for anonymizing Israeli Passport (Darkon) numbers ensures compliance with local data privacy requirements.Support for Deflate64 in ZIP Files:
Masking now supports Deflate64 compression for ZIP files, expanding compatibility and enabling secure anonymization of a wider range of file formats.
