Accelario is proud to announce the release of Version 29, bringing innovative capabilities and usability enhancements to further streamline and enhance your virtualization workflows.

Main Features:

  • Discovery for MS SQL Databases: Automatically detect and streamline the integration of MS SQL databases into your virtualization environment.

  • Oracle RDS Multitenant (PDB) Support: Simplify configuration with full support for Oracle RDS multitenant databases, enhancing flexibility for Oracle environments.

  • Debian Package for Virtualization Server: Install the Accelario Virtualization server effortlessly with the newly introduced Debian package.

Additional Enhancements:

  • AWS Cloud-Centric Process Verifications: Strengthen the reliability of AWS cloud-centric mode workflows with robust validation steps.

  • Cleanup Failed VDBs on MSSQL Target Hosts: Automatically clean up failed virtual databases during startup for better resource management.

  • S3fs Authentication with IAM Role: Added support for IAM role-based authentication when connecting to S3 using s3fs.

  • Change Oracle SID for Intermediate Instances: Added flexibility to modify the SID of intermediate instances created from RDS.

  • Oracle Data Environment Notifications: Receive alerts if Block Change Tracking is not enabled on the source database.

  • Oracle Database Edition Identification: Identify the Oracle database edition and notify if it is not Enterprise Edition.

  • ZFS Volume Deletion for Busy Pools: Allow ZFS volume deletions by restarting the NFS service when the pool or dataset is busy.

  • Extend ZFS Pool Support for RedHat/CentOS: Added compatibility for extending ZFS pools on RedHat/CentOS systems.

  • PG Live DB Activation Validation: Validate cluster names during PostgreSQL Live Database activation to ensure proper setup.

  • User Interface Enhancements:

    • Improved user experience with redesigned popups for creating new agents and MSSQL Native Backup TDE setups.

    • Redesigned buttons for creating agents, TDEs, and DB homes to improve usability and clarity.

    • Updated VDB Icon for a modernized look and better visual identification in the interface.
